Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the betuk platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). betuk supports a range of local deposit and withdrawal methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer. Available methods may vary from time to time.
Deposit Terms

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and materials on the betuk platform are the exclusive property of betuk or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from betuk.

Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Betuk reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected activity involving fraud, manipulation, or dishonest use of the system.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to betuk's inactive account policy.
- Betuk is acting on instructions received from the relevant legal authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the violation. betuk will notify the user of the account closure via email or the registered communication channel, except where such notification cannot be provided due to legal constraints.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through betuk's support channels. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Modify Terms
Betuk reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
